Still having problems with my legs. Fortunately I have a Physical Therapist, whom I call a friend, who is awesome!
Anyway, it is my lateral quads that are mostly giving me grief. They won't relax, you should have seen (and felt) how tense they were before she did her magic, err, I mean science! Well, it felt like magic.
Normally, I wouldn't be too worried about this. The problem in the TC10 is a week from today! And I haven't been able to run more than a mile or two in almost 2 weeks.
Forget about a sub 10 pace avg! (But that doesn't mean I'm not going for it)
I will do my stretches and prepare for this. If I have to walk some then I can at least know that my next 10 mile race will be a PR.
Working out 40 years of kinks! That's all!
