Vacation bike workout!

One of my favorite places during our vacation was in Copper Harbor, Mi.

Yet, we probably took the fewest pictures there. I've noticed that tendency. As much as I enjoy taking pictures, sometimes I enjoy a place so much that I just don't want to ruin it by taking a picture. Strange, I'm sure!

Part of the problem is that I didn't have the camera on my bike workout. This was hills that most Midwesterner's are simply not use too.
I went to mapmytri.com so I can share it with everybody. Make sure to click the elevation box. One thing that definitely interested me is that I saw the markings from the Copper Harbor triathlon that was just the week before. I just may have to go up there once to race.

Two mornings later, I took a nice bike ride in the Porcupine Mountains. While Mountains may be a loose term here to some of you, it sure is beautiful!

  1. I'm with you with the camera thing. Sometimes when a person is having so much fun, they have a tendency to forget to take time to stop and take photos.
Some of the best memories however are often not captured on film.
Glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation.
